The pay for this position starts at $20.46/hour, with additional compensation for higher education and/or relevant experience, up to $24.32/hour. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional nights & weekends, offering flexibility. This is a 40-hour/week position based in Rutland, MA, with potential hybrid flexibility.

Located in Central Massachusetts, our programs offer hope, healing, and support to individuals and families.
We are seeking a passionate Foster Care Recruiter/Program Coordinator responsible for recruiting, assessing, training, licensing, and re-licensing therapeutic foster homes. Familiarity with the Massachusetts foster care system, procedures, and case management is required. The role involves recruiting foster families, ensuring homes meet standards, assisting with relicensing, conducting home visits, and documentation. A compassionate, rapport-building approach with children and families is essential.

Qualifications:
- Must be 21 or older
- Valid driver’s license with good record
- Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience with children and families
- Knowledge of Virtual Gateway preferred
- Valid Social Work license or obtain LSWA within 6 months
- Attend paid orientation in Rutland, MA, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 8AM-4PM
