Base pay is $19.53/hour, with additional compensation for higher education and/or experience, up to $22.76. $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island provide programs for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Rutland, MA, this role ensures safety, security, and therapeutic interventions in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 or older
• Active driver’s license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field
• Previous experience preferred but not required
• Must be MAPS certified or obtain certification within 90 days for group home settings

Schedule:

• Attend a 2-week paid orientation (Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM) in Rutland, MA
• Available shifts: 3PM-11PM (including some weekends), 11PM-9AM (four 10-hour shifts)
