We're hiring a Facilities Manager to join our operational management team and play a central role in how the residential buildings look, feel, and function every day. This is a hands-on leadership role with real responsibility — you'll manage a maintenance team, oversee compliance, and be the person residents rely on for a safe, well-maintained home.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading, delegating, and supervising the day-to-day maintenance team
- Overseeing inspections, repairs, and upkeep of apartments and communal areas
- Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and remedial works
- Ensuring all statutory obligations and compliance requirements are met
- Handling resident-reported maintenance — from first contact to resolution
