- HybridWe're working with a well-established commercial property business to find a Utilities Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is a varied and hands-on role sitting within a busy utilities function, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, getting into the detail and keeping things running smoothly.
What you'll be doingYou'll take ownership of the end-to-end management of utility invoices and supplier accounts, including: Processing and batching utility invoicesChecking invoices for errors, duplicates and incorrect chargesReconciling payments and issuing remittance adviceChasing suppliers for missing invoices and resolving billing queries and disputesMaintaining invoice trackers, account records and utility data (including MPANs and MSNs)Supporting debt recovery and payment allocationLiaising with suppliers and internal stakeholdersProviding general administrative support to the wider Utilities teamWhat we're looking forYou'll come from a background in utilities, accounts payable, finance administration, billing, property administration or supplier management. xohmjla
