Our client are looking for an organised and proactive Training Coordinator & Team Assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied role supporting both the delivery of company-wide training across a large number of Estate Agency's and support to the senior leadership teams. This position would suit someone who enjoys coordinating projects, managing multiple tasks, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Coordinating internal and external training sessions
  • Liaising with third-party trainers and providers
  • Booking meeting rooms, travel, and training venues
  • Sending training invites and managing attendance
  • Reviewing training materials and assisting with Q&A content
  • Supporting on-site training events
  • Providing PA support to senior directors
  • Managing expenses, diaries, and meeting coordination
  • Supporting day-to-day team administration and operations

About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage workloads independently and use initiative
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Previous property, lettings, sales, or office support experience beneficial
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
