deverellsmith is seeking a Technical Manager to join a residential developer on a major scheme in South London. The project is a large-scale RC frame development of around 500 units across multiple blocks, currently at Stage 3 design.
You will own the technical strategy, lead the Gateway application, build the project team and oversee technical delivery through to construction, coordinating with design, commercial and construction teams.
