Technical Coordinator - Residential DevelopmentLondon | 50,000-65,000 I'm currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join a residential developer working on a major London development.The role is to support the project through its Gateway application, working alongside the existing technical team and consultants to make sure the required technical information is coordinated, accurate and progressing to programme.The role will include:Supporting the Technical Manager with the Gateway applicationCoordinating design information across consultants and project stakeholdersManaging technical documentation and ensuring information is kept up to dateReviewing drawings and technical informationAssisting with design coordination and resolving technical queriesLiaising with architects, engineers and external consultantsSupporting the project team through design development and approvalsHelping to prepare the project for the next stages of deliveryI'm looking for someone with:Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator or similarGood understanding of construction and the design processStrong coordination and organisational skillsExperience with Gateway / BSR would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right personSomeone who is keen to take more responsibility and develop their technical careerThe role would suit someone who enjoys being involved in the detail but also wants exposure to the wider project and the opportunity to progress within a residential development environment.
