I am currently working with a leading residential developer who are currently looking for a Technical Coordinator to join a fast paced and progressive environment. The technical coordinator will be working on large scale residential developments and assist in the delivery of multi-phase projects. The technical coordinator should have experience working for/with a developer or main contractor on residential led schemes. * Collaborating on the planning and execution of residential development projects. * Facilitating communication and coordination among various technical teams involved in construction, engineering, and design. * Ensuring that projects comply with local building codes regulations, and obtaining necessary permits * Managing technical resources, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project delivery. * Overseeing the documentation of technical aspects, including blueprints, specifications, and project documentation. * Monitoring and ensuring the quality of construction work and materials used in residential projects. * Managing project time lines to ensure timely completion of residential development projects. * Communicating with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies. * Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during the development process. * Collaborating on budget management, ensuring that technical aspects of the project stay within financial const…
