As our Systems Analyst, you’ll help support and improve the tools that sit at the heart of our recruitment teams. Working closely with consultants, managers, and senior stakeholders, you’ll make sure our systems are easy to use, well understood, and working in the best possible way. From solving day-to-day system queries to supporting improvements and projects, you’ll play an important role in keeping our systems running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Systems & Process Support
- Support best-practice use of recruitment systems, with a core focus on Bullhorn and related sales tools.
- Review and analyse recruitment workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with implementing system and process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency.
- Support the monitoring of SLAs and operational performance within the recruitment function.
- Recruitment Systems Administration
- Provide first-line support for recruitment systems including Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceBreaker, BroadBean, Lusha, Reed, and Phone systems.
- Troubleshoot system and user issues, escalating to third-party suppliers where needed.
- Support system testing, audits, and data quality checks to ensure systems are being used correctly.
- Keep up to date with system updates and help communicate changes to users.
- Change, Documentation & Training
- Support the rollout of new systems, features, and process changes across the business.
- Create and maintain clear, user-friendly how-to guides and work instructions.
- Assist with training sessions, onboarding support, and basic reporting, including Bullhorn Analytics.
- Gather feedback from users and share insights with senior stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder & Project Support
- Be a friendly and approachable point of contact for recruiters with system or process questions.
- Work with teams across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to support system-related initiatives.
- Support project delivery through coordination, documentation, testing, and follow-up activities.
- Experience or strong interest in CRM, ATS, or business systems (Bullhorn & LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail with a logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Confident communicator who enjoys helping others and explaining systems in a clear way.
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn and develop new skills.
