A leading PBSA company is seeking an Events Manager to drive student engagement and community initiatives across its portfolio. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic professional with a background in events, marketing, and student experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute an events program to create a vibrant student community.
- Organize on-site activations, campaigns, and partnerships to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Oversee Student Sustainability Influencers (SSIs), ensuring effective training and program delivery.
- Lead mental health initiatives, providing resources and support to students and site teams.
- Support ESG initiatives, including sustainability programs and charitable engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to develop promotional campaigns.
- 6+ years in events, marketing, or community engagement, preferably in PBSA, BTR, or real estate.
- Proven experience in event planning, content creation, and campaign strategy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
