We are seeking an experienced Shared Ownership Sales Negotiator to join a busy on-site sales team at a sought-after new homes development in Kingston upon Thames. You will take the lead on shared ownership sales, guiding buyers through the process from initial enquiry through to completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and nurture leads through proactive outreach and marketing activity
  • Manage your own sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion
  • Guide prospective buyers through the shared ownership purchase process, ensuring a smooth and compliant customer journey
  • Hit and exceed individual sales targets
