You'll be the face of our developments, guiding buyers through their journey from enquiry to exchange. What You'll Do:
- Meet and greet potential buyers on-site
- Qualify customer needs and match them to available homes
- Conduct viewings and manage enquiries
- Guide customers through the full sales process
- Keep CRM systems and databases up to date
- Maintain the presentation of the sales suite and show homes
What We're Looking For:
- Experience selling new homes, ideally with Shared Ownership knowledge
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend availability and flexible working approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
