- Basic Salary: £30,000

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting viewings and converting prospective buyers across the Kennington area
- Managing the full sales process from offer negotiation through to completion
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and local contacts
- Generating new business through proactive prospecting and excellent service delivery
- Achieving personal billing targets of £250,000 annually
- Contributing directly to the office's £1 million revenue growth ambition
- Maintaining accurate records and providing regular market insights
