A five-star rated housebuilder with an expanding London footprint is looking for a Senior Sales Executive who brings experience, commercial instincts and a genuine passion for guiding buyers through one of the most significant purchases of their lives. Key responsibilities
- Drive reservations, exchanges and completions to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Identify and nurture leads, assessing buyer needs and financial suitability
- Support customers from initial enquiry through to completion and key handover
- Promote preferred mortgage and legal partners to facilitate smooth transactions
- Handle reservation documentation, contracts and AML requirements accurately
- Work closely with site and construction teams to coordinate completion readiness
- Carry out property demonstrations and manage the handover process
- Contribute to site launches, events and local marketing activity
Requirements
- New homes sales experience is essential — agency experience on a new homes team is welcomed
- A strong and consistent track record in sales performance
- Solid understanding of the conveyancing process and key mortgage milestones
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
- Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Equally effective working independently or as part of a team
