Following the launch of our Solihull office, we’re hiring an experienced recruiter to support our national growth! With 20+ years in the market, we’re a leading real estate recruitment business, known for delivering exceptional results and building long-term client partnerships through specialist solutions. You’ll join as an experienced recruiter, focusing on construction and development across the Midlands, working with housebuilders, developers, and main contractors. Recruiting roles such as project managers, quantity surveyors, site managers, and technical professionals, you’ll build your own market and client base. Reporting into our National Head of Development & Construction, you’ll have strong support with the autonomy to run your desk. This is a client-facing role with events, meetings, and occasional travel to the London office, while staying connected to our wider UK team. What we’re looking for:
- 2–5+ years’ recruitment experience, within construction or development
- Background working with housebuilders, developers, and/or main contractors

- Someone who is ambitious, self-sufficient, and motivated to succeed
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a real desire to grow something
