A highly regarded, boutique project management consultancy operating exclusively in the super-prime and ultra-high-net-worth residential sector is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. The business manages a portfolio of circa 10 live projects - high-end houses, whole-house refurbishments, cut-and-carve schemes and bespoke new builds - predominantly across West and South West London, with values typically ranging from £1m to £15m. With further fee proposals in the pipeline, this is a well-timed appointment into a business with real momentum.
The Role
Sitting between the Principal and two Project Managers, this is a genuine senior appointment – someone who can take ownership of projects and act as a trusted client-facing representative, without needing to be managed closely. You'll run projects end-to-end: from early design coordination and consultant management through procurement, construction and handover, acting as both client representative and contract administrator as required.
What They're Looking For
- Demonstrable experience in super-prime or prime private residential projects
- A background in architecture, design management or a design-led consultancy
- The credibility and polish to represent a UHNW-facing business at the highest level
- Experience managing complex refurbishments, extensions or cut-and-carve schemes in London
- Strong consultant coordination skills and a thorough understanding of the design and planning process
- Excellent communication skills - with clients, contractors and consultants alike
Practice architects looking to move client-side are warmly encouraged to apply, provided you have the relevant project types and client-facing experience.
