About the Role
We're looking for a highly capable and experienced Marketing Executive to support their busy, fast-paced marketing function. You will play a vital role in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns for multiple residential developments across London. The role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious business, working on a variety of high-profile projects.
This is a site-based role with no option for remote working, split between their Uxbridge office (3 days), and either project sites or their central London marketing agency (2 days). The position reports to the Marketing Manager and sits within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Media and Creative Coordination: Liaise with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely production of all advertising materials.
- Collateral Development: Support the creation of marketing brochures, video content, CGIs, and other campaign assets.
- Event Support: Help plan and execute both on-site and off-site events, from concept to delivery.
- Sales and Site Integration: Attend sales meetings, contribute marketing insights, and manage the installation and upkeep of site signage and hoarding.
- Digital Oversight: Keep websites and property listings up to date; coordinate with digital teams to implement content updates and launch assets.
- Performance Monitoring: Collate and report on marketing and campaign data to drive ongoing improvements.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, creative agencies, and suppliers to ensure cohesive and consistent output.
About You
- 3 to 4 years of relevant marketing experience within residential property development.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment with minimal onboarding time.
- Proven experience with digital and traditional marketing methods, including CGI and brochure development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptionally well-organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident in briefing and managing external creative and media agencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing platforms and property portals is a plus.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.
