Our client is a successful sales and letting agent covering Oxford and Thame. A position has arisen for someone to take on the Oxford part of the sales business and grow the market share and operation there with the support of the Thame team. This role requires someone with previous, local estate agency experience who isn\’t afraid to put themselves out there to generate business. You will receive 25% commission on all sales as well as a basic salary between £25-35k.

The role can either be based from home or you can use the lettings office in St Clements and weekend working is entirely your choice as you see fit and the business requires. There is a pipeline of existing stock and sales going through which you will inherit and you will have admin support from the team in Thame.

This is a very rare opportunity and for someone who wants to grow a thriving business in Oxford and earn an OTE around £70-£80k in the first year.
