Our client, a highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm, is looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their growing team in Bath. In this role, you will take ownership of a varied caseload, working across sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. You will play a key part in the client journey while also developing relationships with valued referrers and stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- Handling a full conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion
- Drafting contracts, raising and answering enquiries, and managing exchanges and completions
- Conducting due diligence including ID checks and source of funds
- Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and solicitors
- Managing both new-build and second-hand property matters
What we are looking for:
- Residential conveyancing experience with full responsibility for your caseload
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
