The Role Assisting with the asset management of UK real estate assets. Conducting research to support key underwriting assumptions, including analysis and interpretation of real estate data, economic data, public market data, and financial statements. Working with the team to prepare, update, and review appraisals of new investment opportunities. Assisting in day-to-day tasks while liaising with the internal team and vendors. Preparing internal and external documents, including investment committee memos and presentations. What you need At least 2-3 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or asset management in the UK. Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and sectors. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. Innovative, analytical, with good attention to detail, and clear in providing outputs and rationale.
