The role will deliver project management and coordination across the business, providing support to the Group Managing Director and Property Services Manager on all property matters, and is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded individual to be involved in all aspects of Property Development.

What you need:
- A strong Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- A Master's Degree would be advantageous, as would some experience and understanding of Property Development, Property Finance, and Investment, or Real Estate.
- Strong numeracy, writing and communication skills.
- Ability using Microsoft Excel is critical for the role.
- Competent using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, and keen to develop these skills further.
- An eye for detail for reading and analysing reports and data.
- Highly organised, efficient and punctual.
- A keen interest in business, finance and investment, and/or property development.
- Good commercial awareness and insight.
