By the end of 2025, they’ll be managing 2,500 high-quality homes across their platforms, providing affordable housing solutions where they’re needed most.
Your Role: More Than Property Management
As a Property Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything they do. You’ll be the vital link between properties, residents, housing providers, and local authorities, ensuring everyone gets the service they deserve.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting property inspections and compliance audits to maintain the highest safety standards (driving license required)
- Onboarding new housing providers through robust due diligence processes
- Managing relationships with tenants, landlords, local authorities, and housing providers
- Ensuring all properties meet fire safety, utilities, and water safety requirements
- Streamlining operations and suggesting process improvements
- Working closely with the DWP and local authorities on rent and service charge arrangements
