The predicted salary is between 28000 - 42000 £ per year.

You will be responsible for all aspects of Property Management which involves managing a portfolio of 400 units across a number of buildings within the Greater London area. The portfolio is a mix of luxury and private rental properties.

Your essential duties and responsibilities are:

• Organising void works as/when necessary for completion ahead of future move‐ins along with any requirements specified at offer stage

• Serving of relevant notices to terminate tenancies when required

• Completing the checkout process and deposit return within the set industry timeframes and guidelines

• Day to day management of all tenant enquiries

• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times

• Undertaking regular site inspections

• Arranging reactive maintenance and approving all relevant invoices

• Identifying where an insurance claim is necessary and completing the process through to completion of the claim

• Organising Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) where necessary • Completing all administration in relation to all work tasks on a timely basis

• Log all correspondence and interactions on the Company database

• Ensuring all compliance is completed in line with legislation

• Manage pre-set portfolio budget and ensure adherence to set targets

• Work closely with the Building Management, Credit Control and Lettings Team to ensure smooth running of the portfolio

Qualifications

  • 3 years+ of property management experience
  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills

Salary DOE £35-40k

Monday – Friday

2 days pw WFH
