Job Description
You will be responsible for all aspects of Property Management which involves managing a portfolio of 400 units across a number of buildings within the Greater London area. The portfolio is a mix of luxury and private rental properties.
Your essential duties and responsibilities are:
β’ Organising void works as/when necessary for completion ahead of future moveβins along with any requirements specified at offer stage
β’ Serving of relevant notices to terminate tenancies when required
β’ Completing the checkout process and deposit return within the set industry timeframes and guidelines
β’ Day to day management of all tenant enquiries
β’ Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
β’ Undertaking regular site inspections
β’ Arranging reactive maintenance and approving all relevant invoices
β’ Identifying where an insurance claim is necessary and completing the process through to completion of the claim
β’ Organising Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) where necessary β’ Completing all administration in relation to all work tasks on a timely basis
β’ Log all correspondence and interactions on the Company database
β’ Ensuring all compliance is completed in line with legislation
β’ Manage pre-set portfolio budget and ensure adherence to set targets
β’ Work closely with the Building Management, Credit Control and Lettings Team to ensure smooth running of the portfolio
Qualifications
- 3 years+ of property management experience
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
