With decades of combined experience in the Central London rental market, the business supports both domestic and overseas investors across sales, lettings, property management, refurbishment and block management, and this role sits within a growing property management division.What makes the role exceptionalYou'll split your time between leading a team of four property managers and holding your own portfolio of 50 properties, giving you the chance to stay close to day-to-day property management while developing your leadership skills. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable picking up the phone and getting stuck in, rather than managing purely from a distance. You'll be working with a broad mix of landlords, tenants, contractors and team members, so building rapport with different types of people day to day is central to the role. A portion of the portfolio is held by overseas landlords, so WeChat experience would be a genuine asset when it comes to building trust and communicating clearly.
