We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client's dynamic and rapidly growing real estate and construction team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume programme of QSR, retail, and hospitality projects across the UK, leading each one from initial concept through to successful handover. Responsibilities

  • Deliver multiple construction and fit-out projects across Greater London, ensuring alignment with client briefs and business objectives.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle including scope definition, programming, budgeting, approvals, risk management, and final delivery.
  • Lead new store openings and refurbishment roll-outs, maintaining brand standards and quality expectations.
  • Oversee project scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Chair site meetings, produce minutes, and maintain accurate cost, status, and programme updates.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new sites, including risk analysis and top-line cost estimates.
  • Identify and implement value engineering opportunities to optimise cost without compromising quality.
  • Produce clear and detailed client updates, briefs, and capex forecasts.
  • Provide guidance on UK building regulations, statutory requirements, and compliance matters.
  • Apply strong technical knowledge of M&E, FF&E, and construction methodologies to challenge suppliers and contractors effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts, scopes of work, programmes, and commercial terms to secure best value.
  • Ensure Health & Safety excellence across all sites, with full compliance to CDM 2015 and all statutory obligations.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Manage external consultants to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and support to junior team members, such as Project Coordinators.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across project management processes and team practices.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in construction project management with a successful track record of delivering multi-site projects.
  • Background in retail, leisure, hospitality, or QSR fit-out/refurbishment projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of M&E, FF&E, and construction processes.
  • Commercially astute, with excellent budgeting, forecasting, and value engineering capability.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, CDM 2015, and H&S legislation.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects at pace.
  • Positive, proactive, 'can-do' approach with a commitment to consistently delivering excellence.
  • Clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
  • Experience on both client-side or contractor-side project delivery.
  • Professional accreditation such as RICS, MCIOB, APM, PRINCE2, or similar.
  • Familiarity with sustainable construction practices or digital project management tools (e.g., BIM, Procore).
