Portfolio Manager - Suburban BTR

Our client is a specialist BTR developer with a portfolio of over 1600 single family homes across the UK and on track to reach 6500 homes by 2026.

They design, let and manage the properties themselves, and have a strong track record of delivering high quality refurbishment with homes that focus on energy efficiency and quality, whilst keeping heritage aspects wherever possible.

They are looking to hire a Portfolio Manager who will be integrally involved in the continued growth of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive ongoing portfolio management, whilst leveraging all opportunities to secure a financially resilient portfolio.
• Responsible for developing the portfolio and asset strategy to support and deliver optimised performance of existing portfolio as well as pipelines.
• Full management of real estate debt transactions (underwrite, evaluation, due diligence, documentation)
• Management of 3rd parties: valuers, lawyers, due diligence.
• Develop and execute asset management initiatives
• Oversee and execute transfer of stabilised assets
• Relationship management with existing clients and lenders/investors, and business development opportunities to build new relationships.
• Assist CIO and FD to deliver annual business plan and monthly update
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with targets.
