This is far more than a front desk role - it’s about creating a vibrant, welcoming community. You’ll be the face of the building, someone who knows residents by name, brings positive energy to the site, and isn’t afraid to take the lead on hosting events, building engagement, and making the resident experience unforgettable.

About the Role
This is a varied, people-focused position combining customer service, community engagement, and operational support within a busy residential environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a warm, friendly and professional front-of-house experience
- Building strong relationships with residents and creating a real sense of community
- Planning and hosting resident events such as quiz nights, social evenings and engagement activities
- Acting as a visible, energetic presence across the building – not just behind the desk
- Handling resident enquiries, requests and issues with confidence and efficiency
- Supporting viewings and promoting the property to help drive occupancy
- Managing parcels, reception duties and general administration
- Ensuring communal areas are welcoming, well-presented and ready for resident use
- Responding to incidents, logging issues and supporting health & safety procedures
- Carrying out room checks, welfare checks and general on-site support
- Working closely with the wider site and maintenance teams
- Taking a proactive, hands‑on approach to day-to-day operations
About You
We’re looking for someone with personality, confidence and a genuine passion for people.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or a similar people-facing role
- Outgoing, energetic and confident engaging with a wide range of people
- Comfortable hosting events and bringing new ideas to engage residents
- A natural people-person who can build rapport quickly and create a positive atmosphere
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organised and happy to take initiative
- Well-presented and able to represent the brand with confidence
- A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
