About the opportunity
A rapidly growing, internationally active residential developer with a strong London pipeline is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its broker team. Based at their North London head office, this is a role for someone who enjoys both managing people and being in the room selling - not a desk-only position.
What makes the role exceptional
The development pipeline over the next 12 months is genuinely varied and substantial - from a prime 47-acre riverside site with a landmark marketing suite to a major scheme in North London. The team has real longevity, the culture is non-corporate, and the developer's international reach means this person can bring in buyers from markets including the Middle East and Australia - adding a dimension few London sales roles offer.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a broker team of three
- Actively sell across a portfolio of London developments alongside the team
- Build and manage relationships with brokers and buying agents
- Engage international buyer audiences, particularly in the Middle East and Australia
- Conduct viewings across London development sites
- Report on sales performance and pipeline to senior leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential new homes sales
- Demonstrated people management experience
- Confidence selling directly alongside a team, not only managing
- International sales exposure or experience preferred
- Strong broker and intermediary relationship skills
Rewards and benefits
- Basic salary up to £60,000 depending on experience
- OTE £100,000 - £120,000, with further upside potential
- Predominantly Monday - Friday working pattern
- Approximately one Saturday per month with a day back in lieu, no Sundays
- A varied and growing development portfolio to sell across
- Non-corporate, collaborative team environment
