New Homes Sales Advisor – Boutique Scheme in Bicester!
We\\\’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Advisor to join a unique scheme backed by the local council, with over 2,200 homes planned and a major rebrand underway. It\\\’s not your typical new homes site: this is all about high-spec, traditionally built homes with real design focus and community feel.
Location & Logistics
- Bicester, Oxfordshire
- Full-Time | 5 Days (Weekends required, with flexible midweek days off)
- September/October start
Compensation
- £36,000 + £675 per plot (Realistic OTE £50K+)
- 10am-5pm Weekdays | 10am-4pm Weekends
What You\\\’ll Do
- Guide buyers from enquiry to keys in hand.
- Drive reservations, exchanges, and completions.
- Be the go-to expert on site and floor plans.
- Work closely with a small, experienced team who genuinely care.
- Deliver excellent service while hitting sales targets.
What We\\\’re Looking For
- Property sales experience (at least 3-6 months).
- Confident, proactive, and personable.
- Able to work weekends – with time off during the week.
- Target-driven and organised, but not pushy.
- Comfortable reading floor plans and understanding NHQB.
