Sales Executive – New Homes / Property Sales
18-month contract (realistically 18–24 months of work)

The role:
- As Sales Executive, you’ll be running a single-manned site in Benson (just outside Wallingford, Oxfordshire).
- It’s a new development at early stages, so you’re not walking into a tired site with nothing left to sell.
- You’ll have runway, momentum, and the chance to properly own it.
This role suits someone who:
- Is confident running their own site
- Doesn’t need hand-holding
- Enjoys autonomy and being trusted to get on with it
Renumeration:
- Single-manned site (you run it like your own business)
- Tuesdays + Wednesdays off
- Weekend working (as expected in new homes / property sales)
- Some flexibility with weekend cover across the team
This is a contract role. Realistically, the site itself will run for 18–24 months, and you’ve got stability for the duration.
