About the Role
We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to work with premium new build developments, working primarily weekends when our show homes are busiest.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors to show homes and conduct compelling property viewings
- Qualify prospects and manage leads through to completion
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on enquiries
- Coordinate with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and estate agents
- Stay informed about local property market trends and competitor developments
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience (minimum 2+ years)
