We\’re looking for a hands-on, highly experienced Completions Manager to oversee unit handovers on a new 200-unit development completing this autumn in Salford.
This is a no-frills, high-responsibility role with a growing developer who are delivering their first full scheme in-house via their own construction arm. You\’ll be on-site, managing the full completions process from snagging and surveys through to keys handed over; and everything in between.
Why this role?
- Take ownership – you\’ll lead the entire completions process, from snagging to key handover.
- High visibility – this is the first project of its kind for the client, and you\’ll be central to its success.
- Fast start – weekly pay. This scheme is live and you\’ll be onsite, doing deals immediately.
- Investor buyers – all private sales, no owner-occupiers. Think streamlined, no-nonsense handovers.
- No fluff – clear scope to report to directors, and trusted to get on with it.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Managing buyer communication and key handovers.
- Overseeing snagging, surveys, valuations, and legal progress.
- Liaising with internal teams, construction, and agents to ensure on-time completions.
- Pushing forward the final stages of a live build nearing completion.
- Acting as the go-to for completions on site – independent, decisive, and efficient.
Who We\’re Looking For
- Experienced Completions Manager or New Homes Sales Progressor.
- Strong track record delivering apartment schemes (investor sales ideal).
- Confident dealing with valuers, buyers, solicitors, and contractors.
- Based in or near Greater Manchester – this is an on-site role.
- Ready to start within 1-2 weeks on a PAYE day rate
