The business works with high-quality clients and offers advisers a combination of an existing client bank and a steady flow of good-quality leads, allowing you to focus on advice and conversion rather than pure self-generation. The role can be structured on an employed or self-employed basis, with flexibility to work remotely, supported by a team based in Oxford.
Responsibilities- Achieve agreed business targets in line with the annual plan.
- Manage and convert opportunities referred from the company’s network.
- Clearly explain lending solutions and services to clients.
- Ensure all documentation is issued accurately and compliantly.
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout the process.
- Participate in regular performance and results meetings.
- Fully CeMAP qualified.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
- Proven track record of meeting targets.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ideally holding a small client bank, supported by provided leads.
