We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join a leading residential developer, based at their Head Office in Beaconsfield.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you\\\'ll take ownership of the marketing strategy across multiple developments - from land acquisition through to launch and ongoing sales support. This is a hands-on and varied role, combining brand leadership, digital marketing, creative campaign delivery, and project management to ensure every development comes to market with maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver full marketing strategies for new developments.
Oversee branding, digital campaigns, brochures, signage, PR, and launch events.
Drive digital activity across social media, websites, SEO, PPC, and property portals.
Manage show home launches, sales environments, and customer-facing marketing.
Partner with agencies, sales teams, and internal departments to deliver campaigns.
Own budgets and ensure cost-effective, brand-aligned activity.
