I'm currently working with a standout Build to Rent development in Manchester that's looking to appoint an Assistant General Manager to support the day-to-day operation of a vibrant, resident-focused scheme. The Role
As Assistant General Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive an exceptional living experience. Your focus will sit across resident management, property and tenancy management, with a strong emphasis on engagement and service delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for residents, building strong relationships and handling queries professionally
- Supporting tenancy management across the scheme, including compliance, renewals, move-ins and move-outs
- Overseeing day-to-day property management, ensuring standards are consistently high
- Taking the lead on planning and delivering resident events, helping to build a genuine sense of community
- Supporting the General Manager with operational reporting and team coordination
