Overview
In this hybrid, temporary role you will own end-to-end management of utility invoices and supplier accounts within a busy utilities function.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely payments, handling reconciliation, queries, and trackers.
The role blends hands-on data work with stakeholder liaison to keep billing processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Process and batch utility invoices
- Check invoices for errors, duplicates and incorrect charges
- Reconcile payments and issue remittance advice
- Chase suppliers for missing invoices and resolve billing queries and disputes
- Maintain invoice trackers and utility data (including MPANs and MSNs)
- Support debt recovery and payment allocation
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Provide general administrative support to the Utilities team
