Team Coordinator Central London | 30,000-35,000Hybrid (1 day from WFH)We are working with an ambitious and growing project delivery business with a strong portfolio of projects across London and the UK.
The business works across a range of sectors, including residential, co-living, PBSA, industrial & logistics and commercial office projects.
As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an organised and proactive Team Coordinator to join their central London office.
The Role This is a varied and highly visible role, working closely with the Quality Lead and Office Manager to keep the team and wider office organised and running efficiently.
You will coordinate team diaries, organise site visits, arrange meetings and support document management, while also providing administrative support to four Company Directors.
This will include diary management, travel arrangements, meetings and general coordination.
The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy professional environment, is highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate team diaries, meetings, appointments and site visits.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage schedules and activities.
Support document management, filing and distribution of company and project documentation.
Provide administrative and coordination support to four Company Directors.
Manage diaries, meetings, appointments and competing priorities.
Organise travel and accommodation, including flights and trains.
Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up actions and general correspondence.
Support the smooth running of the London office and day-to-day logistics.
Proactively anticipate requirements and ensure the Directors and wider team are well organised and supported.
Provide wider administrative and coordination support as required.
About You We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and reliable, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities.
Ideally, you will have: Previous experience as a Team Coordinator, Team Assistant, Office Coordinator, PA, EA or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience coordinating diaries, meetings and travel.
Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders and external contacts.
A proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as the business grows.
Previous experience within property, construction, engineering, consultancy or professional services would be advantageous.
