Senior Technical Manager London | 90,000 - 110,000I'm working with a major residential developer who are building out their London technical team ahead of a significant new development.This is a senior role within the project team, overseeing the technical delivery across a large, multi-phase residential scheme of 1,500+ homes, alongside extensive public realm, a large park and community spaces.The initial focus will be on Phase 1 and the Gateway process, working through the technical and design requirements as the project moves into Stage 3 and beyond.
