A leading construction and property consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to support its continued growth. The business provides project management, cost consultancy and strategic advisory services across residential, mixed-use and regeneration sectors, partnering with major housebuilders, developers and investors.
This opportunity suits a confident, client-facing professional with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to deliver complex new-build and refurbishment projects at scale. You will take responsibility for projects ranging from £10m through to £170m masterplans, leading delivery from inception to completion and acting as a trusted advisor to key clients on high-profile developments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale new-build and refurbishment schemes.
- Manage projects through feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handover.
- Oversee programme, cost, risk and stakeholder management.
- Coordinate closely with design teams, consultants and contractors to drive successful outcomes.
- Prepare and present clear project reports, updates and strategic advice to clients.
- Ensure compliance with project briefs, quality standards, regulations and best practice.
- Support business development and help build long-term client relationships.
- Mentor and support junior members of the project management team as required.
- Strong construction background gained within a consultancy environment.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale residential and/or mixed-use developments.
- High-rise and complex project experience is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, procurement routes and project controls.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across all RIBA stages.
- Strong commercial awareness and risk management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership and client-facing capabilities.
- Professional qualifications (RICS, MAPM, MCIOB or similar) are desirable.
- Competitive salary of £45,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.
