We're looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a market-leading independent estate agency based in Battersea,covering the SW LONDON Area.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be a key player in the Battersea office, responsible for:
- Answering enquiries and registering buyers
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Obtaining and relaying buyer feedback to vendors and directors
- Assisting in winning new instructions and listing properties to market
- Onboarding clients and issuing terms of business
- Conducting AML checks on vendors and buyers
- Carrying out local market research and staying informed on trends
- Supporting the sales manager with strategy and outreach
- Generating new leads and converting opportunities
- Providing a seamless, customer-focused experience from start to finish
