A well-regarded residential lettings business based in Chelsea is seeking an experienced Property Manager to cover a period of maternity leave. With a handover period beginning in late June/July, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a structured, professional team managing a high-quality residential portfolio across prime and emerging London locations.
The Role
This is a traditional Property Manager position sitting within a well-structured team that spans property management, tenancy progression, renewals, and accounts. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 90-100 properties, covering a geographical split across Fulham and White City, encompassing residential houses, purpose-built developments, and individual flats.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance coordination and contractor management
- Deposit handling in line with current legislation
- Regular property visits and inspections
- Ensuring compliance and delivering an exceptional standard of service to landlords and tenants
The Team
You will join a close-knit team that has recently undergone a centralisation of processes, creating a more streamlined and cohesive operation. The team benefits from experienced leadership overseeing both property management and operational functions, and values strong collaboration across all departments.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A minimum of 5 years' residential property management experience
- ARLA qualification (or working towards)
- Experience managing high-end portfolios within the prime London market
- Familiarity with REAPIT (desirable)
- A strong understanding of the West London market
Given the fixed-term nature of the contract, the hiring team is open-minded on requirements and will consider strong candidates who meet the majority of the above criteria.
Working Pattern
Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm. Participation in a Saturday on-call rota (1 in every 5). Regular travel to properties across the portfolio as part of the role.
