Project ManagerAre you a Project Manager who thrives on fast-paced retail delivery? My client, a growing project management consultancy delivering high-end interiors across the UK, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of new store roll-outs and refurbishments for leading retail, leisure and hospitality brands.
The roleYou'll own the full project life cycle across multiple projects, from feasibility to handover, making sure every scheme lands on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
What you'll be doingLeading client roll-outs for new stores and refurbishmentsManaging budgets, programmes, cost reporting and cost sign-offRunning feasibility studies with risk analysis and top-line estimatesProducing detailed estimates and capex forecastsDriving value engineering across M&E and FF&E without compromising qualityNegotiating contracts and schedules of works, and challenging contractors and suppliersLeading site meetings, issuing minutes and producing weekly client updatesOverseeing H&S and statutory compliance across your projectsManaging external consultants to deliver on time, on budget and safelyCoaching and developing Project CoordinatorsBuilding strong client relationships that create new business opportunitiesWhat you'll bring5+ years' experience with a proven track record in project deliveryExperience delivering high-end retail interior fit-outs across the UKContractor or client-side experience in retail, leisure or hospitalityStrong technical knowledge of M&E, FF&E and value engineeringSolid understanding of construction safety and H&S legislationA highly organised, detail-focused, can-do approach with a commitment to deliveringExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFull, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
