As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in delivering high-profile built environment projects across the UK. You will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle - from inception to completion - ensuring clear communication, risks are managed, budgets are controlled, and outcomes exceed expectations. This role requires a hands-on approach, the confidence to lead design and delivery teams, and the ability to attend on-site progress meetings across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Lead planning, coordination and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Manage project scope, work with design and delivery teams, and track milestones.
- Attend and facilitate site progress meetings with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Produce and maintain key project documentation, including schedules, reporting, cost tracking and risk registers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and quality standards.
- Proven track record in project management, ideally within the built environment, construction or consulting sectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational capability and ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Experience managing project delivery through design and construction phases.
- Comfortable with frequent travel to attend site progress meetings throughout the UK.
- Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or PMP.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing project management roles.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000.
