A leading London developer is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive sales across a portfolio of landmark residential schemes. The role offers the opportunity to shape and lead sales strategy for a business recognised for transforming underused urban spaces into high-quality, mixed-use communities that contribute meaningfully to London's evolving landscape.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as key member of senior leadership team, achieving commercial and sales objectives across domestic and international markets
  • Lead planning, execution and refinement of sales strategies aligned with broader business goals
  • Manage and inspire UK and international sales teams to consistently meet monthly and annual targets
  • Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring and development support to enhance team performance
  • Work in close partnership with marketing teams to shape innovative campaigns driving qualified leads
  • Take ownership of sales and marketing budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and optimal resource use
  • Monitor sales pipeline performance daily, weekly and monthly, ensuring progress toward legal exchanges
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key buyers, domestic and international agents
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior sales leadership role with proven track record managing high-performing teams within residential property or new homes sector
  • Strong background leading complex sales campaigns and delivering results across UK and international markets
  • Demonstrable experience driving team performance, developing strategic sales plans and working collaboratively with marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of new homes sales process from lead generation through to legal completion
  • Confident managing relationships with domestic and international sales agents and high-net-worth individuals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexibility to travel internationally for global campaigns and sales launches
