The Development
- Major, long-term residential development
- Development programme running through to 2030+
- Sales already underway with strong buyer activity
- New marketing suite currently being prepared

The Role
- You'll be the key person on site, responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the sales environment.
- Conducting viewings with prospective purchasers
- Managing enquiries and following up leads
- Progressing sales and maintaining strong buyer relationships
- Welcoming visitors and providing a premium customer experience
- Keeping show homes presented to an exceptional standard
- Ensuring brochures and marketing materials are fully stocked
- Managing appointments and general site activity
- Liaising with the Sales Lead, construction team and wider stakeholders
- Supporting the launch of the new marketing suite
- Taking ownership of the site and working confidently on your own
About You
- We're looking for a switched-on, proactive Sales Executive who enjoys being hands-on.
