Overview
As MEP Design Manager, you own the MEP design for a major London residential development from Stage 3 onwards. You will lead the MEP design process, manage consultants, and ensure services are integrated with architectural and structural work. You’ll review designs against project requirements and support technical approvals, Gateway submissions, and construction readiness. You’ll work closely with Technical and Design Management teams to identify and resolve design issues, helping the scheme progress to construction. This is an opportunity to shape a high-profile, large-scale residential project from early design stages.
Responsibilities
- Lead the MEP design process from Stage 3 onwards
- Manage MEP consultants and specialist design teams
- Coordinate services design with architectural and structural packages
- Review design information for alignment with project requirements
- Support Gateway applications and technical approvals
- Collaborate with Technical and Design Management teams
- Identify design issues and drive resolution
- Support the project through detailed design into construction
