You'll join a strong, close-knit team, many of whom built their careers in London lettings. They are English speakers who know exactly how you work, so French is a bonus rather than a requirement.Working directly alongside the EU Sales Director, you'll be at the centre of a growing prime portfolio. You'll own every letting and every property from first enquiry to final deposit return, with real scope to grow your role as the Paris business expands.What you'll be doingRegistering, qualifying and following up lettings enquiries, coordinating viewings and progressing deals through to completionKeeping the CRM, deal pipeline and reporting accurate, and keeping the Director briefed on live transactionsManaging tenancies, renewals and deposits across a prime portfolio, including oversight of vacant propertiesCoordinating contractors, cleaners and suppliers, from sourcing quotes through to sign off and completionOverseeing rent collection and arrears, calculating deposit returns and preparing owner statementsSupporting day to day finance alongside the Director and external accountant, including supplier payments,
