Technical Manager London | 70,000 - 85,000I'm currently recruiting for a Technical Manager to join the London team of a major residential developer, working on a large-scale new development as it moves into Stage 3 design.You'll take ownership of the technical side of three residential blocks, coordinating the design team and ensuring the project is progressing from design through to delivery with the right technical information in place.It's a good opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the detail but still wants responsibility for a substantial part of a wider development.You'll be involved in:Managing the technical delivery of three residential blocksCoordinating architects, consultants and specialist design teamsReviewing and managing design information through Stage 3 onwardsWorking closely with the wider technical and development teamsIdentifying and resolving technical issues as the scheme progressesSupporting the project through Gateway and into constructionManaging technical programmes and ensuring key design information is delivered on timeI'm looking for someone with a strong residential technical background, ideally from a developer or main contractor, who is used to working on large-scale schemes and coordinating multiple consultants.Salary: 70,000 - 85,000A good opportunity to join a growing technical team at an early stage of a major London project.
