We're looking for an ambitious and highly organised Investment & Partnerships Manager to join a leading property developer. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in managing investor and partner relationships, coordinating complex transactions, and ensuring critical information flows seamlessly across projects.
External Relationships & Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain and manage stakeholder and CRM databases (e.g. Pipedrive), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Support engagement with investors, lenders and partners by tracking actions, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring timely delivery of materials
- Prepare high-quality briefing notes and meeting packs
Technical & Development Information Flow
- Coordinate technical inputs across internal and external teams, ensuring information is shared accurately and on time
- Track and manage technical queries, ensuring responses are captured and escalated where needed
- Oversee ongoing reporting and information flows across projects
Transaction & Dataroom Management
- Maintain organised, accurate data rooms and manage access for partners and investors
- Support Directors in coordinating inputs for Heads of Terms, due diligence and negotiations
- Monitor deliverables across legal, commercial, technical and financial workstreams to keep transactions progressing
Internal Coordination & Governance
- Maintain trackers, deadlines, and action logs to ensure alignment across teams
- Support senior stakeholders with project summaries and coordination across multiple workstreams
About You
- Strong understanding of real estate development, including technical, commercial and financial aspects
- Proven experience managing complex information flows across multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with investors, housing associations, JV partners, consultants and senior stakeholders
- Proactive, structured and solutions-oriented approach
- Able to operate across both technical and commercial disciplines
